Downloaded to address a traffic issue of vehicles failing to stop at location near my residence There is no option in service request Only a referral Web address THEN I attempted to add name and number to app for text alerts like BOIL orders like we had a few months ago and all it will allow is to collect data for reminders when to put my garbage out This app is garbage and a waste of taxpayer money on a feel good project Someone needs to improve this so it actually helps the citizens     Virtually Worthless David Stoller

I try to put in my own address and it just kept giving me error like it doesn t even exist in sacramento I also try using the map guide for pin point but that pin thing suck it wouldn t even let me move the pin around to the street that I want It would just remain stuck if I let go of the pin     Doesn t even work correctly Theodore Vaj

The ability to submit a violation right on the spot is great I used to have to take a picture get to a computer and search for the portal every time This way it doesn t take a ton of time to keep our city clean Gives me the incident number right there and an email confirmation                     Awesome App for Submition of Violations Nick Beard
