This app will not work on my tablet keeps saying that the app does nt work if device is rooted have used numerous root checker apps and all state that tablet is NOT rooted why won t it work Keep getting error code 99z     Alan kenworthy

Good but not great Its 2019 and plenty of smaller companies developers are able to allow video to be played as picture in picture split screen or pop up view Yet Sky Go doesnt let you do this because of this i often wont bother to use the app and settle for something else If they can add this feature then maybe it will be worth using             LJ Day

Needs a lot of work If you enjoy seeing error messages this is the app for you If you lose signal for even a second it can cause the stream to error unlike other apps it wont pick the stream back up When you select the TV Channel again you ll be forced to watch an advert too infuriating on an app where you re already paying a subscription for and all channels are powered with advertisements Extremely annoying when watching live tv Doesn t support picture in picture either         Thomas Andrews

App full of bugs I am a Sky Go Extra customer but it doesn t allow me to download a programme to watch later Emailed the apps team who are from Sky India and twice haven t read what I wrote before replying u0026 once gave me an answer for another person The help pages aren t helpful Going through the troubleshooter one step was can you login and I chose yes then get thank you for using I was halfway through If I go one way to F1 I get upgrade but go a different way not Sports tab it works         Unknown User

Stalls alot and takes a long time to load channel im not the complaining type but for the money people pay it really could be so much better there s streaming sights out there for free without even signing up or having to give any information and I find myself getting a better response time hope I don t start getting even more problems because of being honest         Robert Walsh

Slow to load Can t cast No Linux version Seems to make a very hard job of streaming services that other providers do with half the fuss and none of the waiting At least the last release did fix the awful sound echo problem after only 2 3 years from it being reported in almost every notice board available         Alan Tester

plus points ability to download and good selection of programs bad points really poor user interface makes it hard to find the programs that you want hard to pick up from where you left off with a program as you have to search for it again if you re watching sport live its about 30 seconds behind other online feeds in the uk Lots and lots and lots of adverts         Crisp Potato

Continuous error messages and failed download limit logic Is the download limit really calculated by something as rudimentary as a click tracker on the download button as opposed to measuring the actual number of times content has been successfully downloaded viewed Given the number of times the downloads fail you then block your paying customers from trying again with the this item has already been downloaded the maximum number of times message really frustrating         Ollie Morgan

Very unreliable There should be an option for zero stars At least a couple of times per hour you end up looking at a corrupt green screen Have to back all the way out to get it to clear Also an absolute joke that Chromecast is still not supported Clearly Sky s only interest is flogging Sky Q Multi Without doubt the worst streaming service there is Not that there s much point complaining Sky only care about money They don t respond to the many complaints on here and they don t fix app     Graham Kelly

Sky Go is a excellent app It mirrors my tv package and is totally reliable Being able to view any of my available channels on the go is extremely useful When added to the fact I joined Sky Mobile in February I can view for as long as I want without using any of my monthly data allowance For a Sky Sports subscriber like me it means I can watch hours of golf or cricket or football without it costing me anything extra Being able to record stuff is a huge plus too Well done Sky 10 out of 10                     Peter Abrams

This deserves to be better than it is I have always had to put up with a small white rectangle in the bottom right corner of my tablet s screen which seems totally unnecessary and is distracting Notwithstanding this it crashes more than occasionally and much of the content I d like to watch cannot be downloaded             Simon Nobes

Can watch all the channels in my subscription Very easy to use and to see every channel And all in High Definition in live tv all on a phone It can take alot of data away from you which can be a bug problem but if you have Sky Mobile which I am planning to get soon you can watch sky go all without using a mb of data                 Hassan Ali

very disappointed with sky go I thought I could watch programmes I had missed whilst on holiday and it will only download to my sky box at home what s the point of that I m already recording them while I m away anyway so wht would I need to re record them again and still not have access while I m away Makes no sense whatsoever to me or am I completely missing something     helen hickey

Why do you need to play adverts when opening up a stream Given there s no option to keep playing the stream in the background which itself is deeply annoying every time I want to e g reply to a message I have to sit through an advert even when there is no advert currently playing on that channel It really does take the proverbial when I m already paying through my teeth for the subscription Classic sign of a terrible company quite happy to squeeze ever more money out of its customer base     LWS C

Great when it works but extremely annoying on the frequent occasions when downloads either freeze part way through or stick preparing to download And then it has the temerity to inform that you cannot download as you have downloaded the maximum number of times when you haven t successfully done any Also the backup support from Sky is awful     Peter Broadbent

I have paid for sports extra but on numerous forums I have seen sky reps give contradicting answers to the question why isn t bt sports on the sky go app these answers include bt sports is not available in the near future bt sports is available maybe reinstall the app bt sports is not available and we don t know when it will be I find this frustrating     gerry mc donnell

I used to use this app every day and loved it until a week ago when I got a message saying I had to upgrade Now the app is no longer compatible with my device and I can t use it I contacted the app developers as advised but got no help Why should I have to upgrade my tablet so I can watch Sky Go I pay a lot of money for my Sky packages but can t use this service which is part of my subscription I would give 0 stars if I could Sort it out Sky or I ll take my money elsewhere     Lyndsey Hogg

As a sky customer I was delighted to get this app for free when I m not home I can log in and watch TV on my tablet There is one thing it s short and that is to be able to cast to TV with chrome cast and smart tvs             Billy Ireland

It s decent enough but won t connect to your main box so it doesn t start from where you last finished your programme etc Also when you click on your last watched there is no option to select other episodes etc you have to do another search Apart from that and the occasional mandatory advert it works well                 Kimberley Watkins

Good content and seems reliable However no options for casting screen cannot be rotated on Samsung and can only download episodes movies over WiFi why not data when your on the go Too basic in my opinion I expect more from such a big company         James smith

Ridiculous app Constantly showing the same adds after clicking on a live event The live event schedule does not match what s on the channel Try f in looking for a live cricket match from 20 channels when the schedule is showing something else Poor     yao ming

The App is very good as regards Catch up TV My only problem is I watch the International programmes alot and on Catch Up TV there is no subtitles so it spoils my enjoyment and alot of the programmes can only be downloaded to Sky box                 Christiana Hall

my sky go a accounts always stop working for whater ever dumb reason i think sky just screw accounts over on purpose this is my 4th account and im abbout done this time the app tells me i must have wifi to enjoy using sky go even though i have wifi and am signed in my account but no i cant watch my sky go because off this nonsense     G Camel

Great app if you can t watch sky on TV or are out somewhere but need to watch something Haven t tried recording anything yet but that s also a good feature Only reason it s lost a star is because only 2 people at a time can use it                 Thomas Price
