The Roman Missal is now available for $4.89 for Android owners. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.0.27 has been released on 2014-11-27. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. I bought the missal app several years ago and learned that it won t work for Saturday vigil masses as the readings for Saturday come up instead of Sunday The developer said this would be corrected but it has not been done If you go to the Saturday vigil mass don t buy this app     Useless for Vigil Masses Robert Donathan

I have had this app for over a year and i love it This app has made me more aware of how beautifully and lovingly our liturgical calendar is arranged However it would be nice if the app also has Benediction hymns and prayers Keep up the good work Team                     Fech

This is the perfect companion for celebrating the Holy Mass Although the readings are taken from a different version of the Bible than my church in Canada uses this is only difference I simply love the interface ease of access to the parts of the Mass and the faithfulness to the text throughout This is the one to have Thank you                     Larry Stewart

I don t know if this is a problem just with the Galaxy S4 but when the enlargement key is pressed the English and Latin texts become intermingled Also the Back key is not functional How is one suppose to exit the program And this is what I found in just a few minutes of the first use of the program Not quite worth paying for as is I ll buy it again if the problems are fixed even if this is just a Galaxy S4 problem         Good but DrJack Conway

I have not been able to successfully increase the font size it s too small to read Can you change it to be HUGE font size without restarting Or can you add the ability to RESTART so it will take effect I can t read it very very tiny I will give it a full 5 once I can read it         I will give a full review once I can see it Multicultural Radio

I ve installed imissal and universalis I bought this thinking that the reading translation will be from RSV Bible This application menu is not responding and the font cant be increased even after restart Junk     Menu and font problem Felix Felix

I would love to give this app a good review however some serious problems make it a poor app First the English translations are not correct for the psalm collect and antiphons I hesitate to read along with the congregation because too often my translation is simply wrong Second the readings are often wrong On Ascension Thursday 2014 the correct gospel was from Matthew but the reading in the app was from Mark This is not the first time this has happened I m giving this as an example Third the app is trigger happy on increasing the font size If I am trying to swipe the screen to scroll and I don t wait at least 5 seconds between scrolling and then scrolling again the app will increase the font to a huge size I need to stop the app and get back in by that time I m lost in the mass Fourth it takes quite some time to load the app because it s checking the license Often I am praying preparing for mass and the bell rings I am usually not able to be ready for the entrance antiphon if the priest says it while processing to the altar but as I said before I d rather not chance reading it aloud because half the time it s wrong     Problem with translations zooming wrong readings time to load Sayre Swarztrauber
