The Care.com is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 2.3.1 has been released on 2014-01-31. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Ridiculous that you have to pay an insanely high membership just to read messages from potential sitters That s way too expensive on top of having to pay a sitter I get that you need paid to run your site but take a percentage out of the caregiver s rates like other sites do RVshare Outdoorsy Rover etc Thought I d give this a try but I m not even interested in using this site anymore The messages I can t read are driving me crazy     Myca Sellers

I paid for a background check The background check came back as not approved which absolutely does not make sense I have nothing on my record nor anything else that would label my background check as unapproved I have had many background checks before I spent a lot of time trying to contact support to get this issue resolved It took over 10 days to get help and to know what to do But because it was over 10 days they shut down my account and profile Permanently Lost money upset         Laudi Daudi

can t even use it apparently i signed up a long time ago as a caregiver so it won t let me create an account on the needing care app because it recognizes my email but it won t let me log into the needing care app it will only give me a button to download the caregiver app I m not going to create a new email account because your app is too stupid to let me log in     Erin Frazee

now it will let me use my home phone number and call with the code then i hit verify and goes right back to sign in screen i did this over and over like 5 times it never let me log in I got this app again today and been able to log in once all day     Shannon Lane

Does not allow selection of multiple dx for special needs care also lists pay in 5 incremients making anyone paying for example 12 per hr unable to select accurate pay Requires an end date which for someone needing long term indefinite care makes creating a listing confusing especially since it only allows you to pick dates from the current u0026 next month Can t speak about the people on it as I was unable to make an accurate listing due to these issues         Cassius Finley

the app is not as good as using a desktop internet browser you lose a a few key functions when not using a desktop browser and i specify desktop becaue their mobile website is just as bad as their app app and mobile site is horrible     Kevin V

The app itself is great Gives tons of info on sitters with reviews to help you find the perfect match BUT I posted a job and when a caregiver applied to the job I went to view the message she sent me and now all of a sudden it s asking me to pay 40 monthly 83 for 3 months or over 100 for a yearly subscription This app is supposed to help moms find help with thier kids and I m already going to pay money for the services I am not going to pay 40 to view a message the app is NOT FREE     Brittany Cockrill

Stay away it s a scam w thousands of complaints of billing issues I tried it for 1 month and it was useless u0026 never found a babysitter thru it the process they use are complex and filled with upcharges I noticed 2 months later they were still billing even though I had canceled it I ve emailed w no response for a credit of a service since I never logged in after the 1st week I ve also emailed u0026 sent a request on Twitter with no response if there was a 10 rating I would have given it     B Hoov
