Its been 2 days now Ive been trying to submit a claim through this app and keep getting error messages Please fix ASAP and then Id be more than happy to give a 5 star rating cause I do really like the application Claims option not working

Can you please update your app for android lollipop I simply cant use it on my phone Need an update for android 5

The app crashed a few time moreover in order to submit a claim the user need to go through a serie of 34 troublesome process The worst is i had to add professional not in the list name address postal code etc It makes the process even longer than the previous app version My impression is that they do not welcome claim and second they make the user do all the job complicated than the previous version

I hate it now They changed the claim options and doesnt cover all situations I have to call them because i cant make the claim with the app or online on their website Might have to mail it in Yuk This app used to be excellent
