After getting a new phone I could not find the correct version of phonefusion to download onto this phone so I was not receiving any voicemails and there was no way to uninstall it Like someone else mentioned for Verizon dialing 73 will return you to the original provider After doing that I started getting new voicemails but all old one were obviously lost     Jesi Jewett

I can t access my messages using this app The main screen doesn t allow me to see the entry field as i type due to it needing to be in landscape vote And then it doesn t recognize my password when i try to log on I ve been trying for days to access my phone messages with no success and the only way to do so is with the website using my browser It turns out that i had 6 months of missed messages that i didn t know Version 1 0 was great but version 2 0 sucks     Stephen Suggs

Do Not EVER download this app You will never be able to get it off of your phone It doesn t work you can delete the app cancel it and it will still never go away Customer service is a joke and provides no assistance in getting their crappy service off your phone Through several phones it always pops back up even though I haven t downloaded the app in years I downloaded the app just to try once again to cancel the service and guess what still didn t work Worst app EVER     jennifer denmon

This app is impossible to get rid of Says you can only cancel service by downloading the app but will not recognize your account I cant get it off my phine even though i havent used it in years My voicemail continues to be forwarded to their stupod site so i have to go to their website to find out if i even have voicemails and listen to them there Worst app ever     christina jojola

Messages not showing in the app I sent a support ticket and received a message that someone would contact me soon Ten days later I logged into the support site and found they replied with a question and closed the ticket right after I opened it I replied with an answer and received a reply for a different issue Ticket closed again Reopened ticket and stated my problem again and was told that issue doesn t happen Ticket closed again Rinse u0026 repeat Frustrating and useless App removed     Victoria Evans

like many others here I got a new phone could not get a new app My calls were going to the answering machine and I was not getting them I looked on the internet for an answer Those of you on Verizon like I am dial 73 and it will remove the call forwarding from PFfusion and you will have your own answering machine back It worked for me     Kerry Rasmussen

Old version was great Reset my phone and now the new version will only display in landscape mode has a tiny login form and won t let me lot in with my account which I verified several times I m done Uninstalling because I NEED my voicemail     Glenn Thimmes

I download the app on my old Phone and it is now broken i have a new phone and now I can t not find the original app for phone fusion and this app says it only for bigger phone now all my voicemail are going to the app and I can t receive them I have emailed phone Fusion many times and still no reply and I still cannot access my voicemail     Kathy Whorms

horrible have the previous version of the apps for a while did a factory reset on my phone this past weekend now the new way up does not launch properly and keeps crashing when you call the tech support line they want a 25 fee to help solve this     Mark Davis

Hi all phone fusion is a great company and their vm app was is the best out there no doubt Google store came out with new requirements and the pfvm app had to be removed until PF can redesign the app meet the new requirements if possible and still be able to provide the same great quality app as before They are not allowed currently to just put the app back out there They are working hard to try and provide us the best app possible under the new requirements Let s hope they can                     Caison Whatley
