First off it s not a water testing app It has no functionality other than to give you a phone number to text a pic of your test strip to which makes it useless You should be able to get the number and instructions to text right from the website Why develop an app for it Secondly I texted the number with the pic following the exact instructions and NEVER heard back No response at all Waste of time     Nate Grant

I can enter my test strip info and see the results but when I click on the see recommendations the app stops and closes I ve deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone and still have the same issue I wouldn t say it s completely useless because I can see what is too high low         Amber Smith

The app doesn t work It tells me to check my network connection every time I am connected and have no trouble with any other app So then I texted a pic of my strip on a plain background and it tells me it can t read the strip Tried 3 times Completely useless     Samantha Danielson

app is useless doesnt run right better off taking the test strip or sample to local pool place get a faster answer and the right product to use app was to be easier nope i ll drive the 20 mintes to get answers and right products or fix your useless app locks and lags repeats your ads for products no help waste of time     Lisa Young

I tried to register and it just kept showing loading data After waiting a while I clicked to edit profile and added my pool info I clicked choose a date and nothing happens No calendar pops up or field to manually enter a date So I just clicked to test water and entered the test strip results I can see my results but can t save it because I can t enter a date Not a very useable app unfortunately         Susanne M Johnson

The input fields for identifying your pool size are a total joke When you choose a round pool it still asks for length and with the inputs are in meters which it won t accept a decimal for and the back button didn t do darned thing How are you suppose to identify your poll size when you are limited to enter some metres It s about as accurate measuring your height with a hydro pole Note to see how the app actually works         Tony Suderman

seems good used it for the first time today i have a different hth product than the 1st recommendation so I m trying to figure out how to use the granules hopefully there s a way to choose the product owned still exploring app if not there needs to be also i keep getting an error message after i submit the test strip results it did finally give me results after 4 tries the app will not save my results at all so that s a problem the test strip text line does not work either             Tricia Jackson

This app is complete garbage it wont let me put any info in and then it updated and now I m logged out Try to log in opps that information is not valid or does not exist try to reset password and it say that email is not valid try to re register and guess what it says I cant use my email because it s already an existing account try to log in again with the same exact email and it says it s not a valid email address pointless waste of time might just switch products for my pool     Ben Degel

since they wont stop asking for a review ill just say how bad it is i enter in the test strip information and it CHANGES it after i press to see the results i lost my box so i was going to try and see my pool levels and it sucks the test strip box said that you would be able to take a picture of the strip and see results and recommendations but all the app does is refer you to a phone number waste of time and it was supposed to be easy     ESFINGE

Try to test by clicking the colors after i submit i get a error Tried to login i get an error Tried resetting password i get an error Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and then creating a new account but i gives me an error Worked last year but the updates trashed it     C
