FIX YOUR APP it used to work great now I have to change my password EVERY time I try to logon even though i know I m putting the right thing in And you cant reuse passwords so it s a double pain in the butt Fix your app it shouldn t be this hard to get my own money back     Jolene Phillips

This app used to be pretty helpful but now I can t even log into it Gives me a certificate validation error Called support u0026 their only suggestion was to remove u0026 re install which doesn t fix the problem It appears that others are having the same issue as well based on recent reviews Wonder how long it will take them to fix this one Pretty sure the certificate error is tied into the app u0026 not an issue with the date u0026 time on any user s phone     David Kidd

If the purpose of an app is to make hard things easier it isn t working I don t know whether the fault is mostly with the app or the employer FSA backoffice but there should be directions accessible from the app itself and not just from the tiny xeroxed images my employer gave me I followed the app intuitively and now I m sending back paid out money because they double paid both me and the provider a couple times Argh         Looks nice but impossible to figure out Dan McKnight

Use it all the time BUT I can t take a pic and attach it in one process It gives me a sorry feature not available at this time s error I then have to go to gallery and attach it manually I was able to do it when I first installed app at beginning of year but only a few times then this error began             Useful Jeff G
