Got to work over regular wifi Will not connect with 4G on Verizon note 3 phone Help Does not work on 4g

Unsure of latest update but will test it soon Last version worked well if network was configured appropriately If I had one request it would be adding multiple IP devices on Android tablets I cannot add more than one DVR on my tablet and there is no menu to do so like on my phone I would also like to see video capture and not just snapshot Works

The last version was easy and intuitive The new version is clunky Last version I could simply flip from one camera to another now I have to go back and forth picking here and there Upgrade fail

I loved swiping between cameras Why did you release it and then take it away so quickly What the heck you broke it again

App works well except when internet is busy It could be better

This app on Andriod is a joke you can only add one dvr and can see 4 cameras at a time Please fix it Very poor on Andriod

I had several phones in past 1 year galaxy s3 and galaxy s4 active and nexus 5 and now I have LG g3 every time I download the app it said go in setting and make it compatiople I need check my cameras but I cant for some stupid reason Worst app ever

Why does it not work with 4GWorks well on WiFi Can a company rep let me know if the faster 4G is supported Or if a patch is needed 4G questions

Dont upgrade You have to go back and click only 4 cams at a time Dont upgrade

Absolutely love this app However I have multiple stores I watch over and would love to save the 4 cameras selections best for each store instead of trying to remember and having to guess until I find the right 4 for each store It would be great if it just saved my last camera selections for each store Will definitely 5 star if this happens Preset options

HATE HATE HATE the new update Really hard to stay on one camera view especially after enlarging it Much better when I had the choice of which camera to view according to my need

It took me a while to figure out how to add more DVRs since my note doesnt have a menu button anymore Hold the open apps button to bring up a menu to add Can only view 4 cameras from a single DVR at a time but thats okay Would like to be able to swipe amongst open cameras but thats minor When I use it it simply works as I expect Works well

Doesnt work on note 3 I cannot get this to work on my note 3wifi 3g 4g local remote nothingworked fine on my s3 and my old s1 Doesnt work on note 3

We use this for our business and its always been exactly great Always works and does what it advertises I recently changed to the S5 and had trouble adding additional locations the support team responded to my cry for help within minutes and fixed my user error related problems Great app and developers support

Thanks for going back to the old version Way more user friendly Good upgrade
