I called was helped setting everything up Its pretty cool pretty convenient I have no problems wthis app                 No Problems

Doesnt work I have installed this app on a Moto X it does not work My wife has the app on an iphone It will allow her to turn the system on but not off without restarting her phone Protection1s technical support acknowledges there is an issue but say there are no updates planned     Doesnt work

Downloaded it and it wont let me login Useless We got rid of our home phone for nothing     No login

Dont know if it works or not Not sure if it works Protection 1 upgraded my system but failed to put cell receiver where it could get signal Its been over a week and service cant seem to get to me to fix it despite several calls So right now not only can I not access my system but if the alarm goes off while Im not home they wont be notified Im Less than thrilled with protection 1 service right now and would encourage you to look for another provider     Dont know if it works or not

Have had pro 1 for years Their upgrade in 12 2014 proved to be the upgrade from hell Cannot rely on the app to be functional If it is online it works great Support staff acts like they are clueless and dont have any idea why you would be calling Want to send out a tech when the problem is in house They need to get their programmers busy and fix this issue Mean while the phone techs need to learn how to bring down the ports and refresh the connections If you call service the system will mysteriously come up Humm           Intermittent on line service

Doesnt work loaded restarted phone uninstalled reinstalled nothing I did set it up on the Protection 1 website first     Totally nonfunctional

I had the unit installed in my home and now I always know when my alarm system is armed or not                 Works Great

Isnt working Ive uninstalled installed numerous times and cant get it to work It was working really good for a while but now shows offline Protection 1 fix this please        Isnt working

I wouldnt even have put one star I would have put less I cant even get past the login I put in the right account but it doesnt work     Bad

It doesnt work at all It did the first couple of times I used it but now it doesnt do a thing Maybe add discreet Bluetooth to set you alarm instead of relying on crap competitive networks to make a connection between phone and house system     App sux

The App doesnt work for me I cannot open it I called several times but the techs couldnt solve the problem now I cant turn the alarm system on or off from my smartphone I Uninstalled and install the App several times but no luck it seems that they have a big problem but dont want to admit it if they dont fix it in several days I will cancel the service and get it from another company     Samy Khalil
