The iHail Minneapolis is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 3.0 has been released on 2014-11-27. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. The app didn t seem to work I was trying to get a family member to Urgent Care but the app seemed to hang on searching for taxi so after canceling and retrying several times I called for a taxi Regretfully a taxi never showed even up even after a driver called to confirm I only needed one taxi because apparently the app had created multiple bookings so now I m pretty sure my local taxi service thinks I was up to something and probably put my number on some black list avoid this app     A Google user

I installed the app and it said my location was not serviced even though I m in downtown I called and was told there were 5 cabs in my area then they gave the driver the wrong number twice altogether it took an hour an 20 minutes to get a cab absolutely inexcusable     Anna Leahy

I have used iHail for awhile now to travel to and or from work It is an okay app for the most part However lately I have noticed that if I enter my work s addresses instead of searching for it by name I get a different price estimate Also there is not a place to enter that I m at a business unless I search for it by name I can type it in the comments section but I can guarantee you that most drivers don t read that information Also it would be nice if I could get notifications outside of the app and that the map showed the progress of the cab like showing it move in real time                 Rachel Balsimo
