I cannot select AUS as the currency to exchange from in the app I have to login to the website on my desktop computer to be able to select AUS to exchange from Which is a bit weird when I only have AUS loaded onto my card Can this anomaly be fixed please The exchange rate on Global Wallet is also not competitive which discourages me from loading more than a few hundred dollars onto this card                 .. elsiebee

Only problem I is the time it takes to transfer money from my bank account using Bpay Would be handy if it was same day transfer as I m waiting on a new bank card and can t access MY OWN MONEY I ve transferred until the 3rd party decides to release MY MONEY                 aussiefirie

i have had the app for nearly 2 years and use it all the time however i have uninstalled and installed several times because of log in issues fingerprint ID is useless touch it once and it says too many tries and dismisses you but i still use it             Glenn Scott

keep getting error code 0 and if I try to do anything on the app it keeps coming up with do I want to log out i get notifications but it won t tell me what it is when I click on it it s useless in it s current form so puts me off using it anymore     Kylieanneh

So recently just sighned up to this cause i work on the roads alot on the run sometimes is the only place i can get to for fuel or other thing so seeing as i could get stuff back from these greedy on the run owners i sighned up used it total of 5 times for big amounts on stuff i bought cheack balance today only to be told my card is blocked finally get in to see my points only at 16 from one transaction wheres the rest of my points why was my card blocked after my first swipe     matthew brooks

Loaded Thai bhat expected they understod was going to Thailand and got here on a Velocity ticket but no Blocked card got some emails no advice on what to do except review transaction which of course there were none NO CONTACT OPTIONS And when you hit help on the main website the program crashes Probably best to deal with real banks that let you tell them where you are travelling and have real people to talk to     David Carlson

Rudest unhelpful staff I m overseas and need my global wallet to access my money She hung up the phone on me and when I called back denied my call AVOID GLOBAL WALLET RUBBISH SERVICE PATHETIC STAFF and after all this i will be cutting up my velocity card and never returning to using the service I used to recommended this app to everyone now I will make sure they don t use it aswell THANK YOU FOR NOTHING     Anthony -

Have been told by Global Wallet Consultant that although the App includes an option to Increase your prepaid load limit all attempts to do from within the App WILL FAIL Attempts to prove ID via the website also fail resulting in a lengthy manual verification and there is NO communication from GW when there is an issue with your documentation The App may be ok when everything is finally set up but the jury is still out on that one             Tim Hogan

Fingerprint security is a major pain You enable it then it just disables itself continuously Also got charged 6 after i stopped using the card after my holiday I made sure to spend nearly all of the money in my account without going ovet Then a couple of weeks later i owe money when i shpuld have a few dollatrs left Also its a debit card so how can i spend more than i have on the card         Michael Trainer

Why does this card not work with Android Pay The app requesting fingerprint log in is a bit hit or miss Need to reactivate that feature though it rarely remains active Otherwise the APP is OK for what it is         Chris
