Ive used my monitor to get more accurate B P readings as I generally have white coat elevated ones officially taken My doctor has told me to have a 15 min rest before taking a reading eg not after driving home from shift being busy in garden going for exercise She looks at the trend but not the notes if high or low l super react with medication tried on 4 so far and now only work on better longer sleeps and relax destress to stay healthy                 Diane Benfell

A great app to record blood pressure readings in a central place I have been using this app for about a year and a half I have used it to log my BP results that I have taken using a separate BP machine and I am glad thst I have dates and times when I have done them These figures I take to my GP so they can see clearly what my BP is like I think it is a shame that reviewers are putting app down it does not proclaim to do your BP only thing to change is year of birth as 1966 not included                 Tracey Queely

simple to use but missing feature is a way of doing average all BP readings are done as a set where you take the average of eg 3 readings In here you always see all 3 readings and graphs plot all 3 which means graphs are erratic this feature would be nice one to add                 David Nugent
