I could not check into my flight so I got really crappy seats even though i had the forethought to do it ahead of time the app is supposed to allow you to watch movies in the plane but when you choose a title you get to watch the commercials and then the app crapped out when trying to watch the actual movie It is pretty ingenious in a two hour flight i watched the commercials over a dozen times but now i landed and I m pissed if enough to write this review     Enrique Mendezaceves

Very weak app and appear the airline wanted an app out there because everyone has it and not thinking much on what and how I am one world traveler and on certain legs I take jet airways but both app and flight experience is different The app doesn t recognize you instantly you log in untill you provide all details of flight booking explicitly Jet privilege section is so poorly designed you can t distinguish between one number to other as it looks like a notepad with random numbers With the revenue state jet is in I doubt airline would focus on improving the app experience But very weak app in my opinion I m assuming others have better experience     Anand Chandra

The APP is not friendly and very slow For example once you check in the check in Info is not available on the APP You need to go to the email and check There is too much jumping around menus required I like the Indigo mobile APP faster and intuitive             Mahesh Kumar

Almost all flight booking and related services are available on this App But the most disappointing issue is that this App is dead slow It consumes your lot of time in availing any service and using any feature I also use Air India Mobile App and other travel Apps like MMT Goibibo etc But this Jet Airways App is dead slow and on that count does not match with any of the competitors I complained about this issue many times even with their call center But the App speed has not been improved         ChawreVakil

Third class app very slow and UI look like they made website and pages is showing in IFrame on mobile application such a big joke After booking the flight pdf ticket contain your details and flight detail is missing from that pdf You can t download your e ticket from app they give u option on click app say download but nothing downloaded Such a waste of time     A. Didn t gave me the boarding pass by saying that gate is closed but it shows gate is open on screen The lady on a counter said she cannot do anything she wants me to contact helpdesk after that she starts ignoring me and sent me to ticket counter feeling so much neglected at ticket counter too My flight still on runway gate is not closed yet but they refuse to give me my boarding pass instead want me to purchase another ticket which is 3 times costlier pathetic experience from pathetic airways     A Google user
