It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.3.0 has been released on 2014-11-27. Unable to sign in using app or Chrome Says there is no account for that number or that password or username is wrong I ve used this for years and I still have use of the phone but I am unable to check my account or data usage When calling customer service I only get a machine with limited option and I am unable to get a human Frustrating Update tried suggestions from developer but when I try to reset password or username I check the captcha box but the reply I get is that I must check the captcha box It s already checked It probably isn t an app issue but it sure is screwed up I m a night person so can t seem to get a real human to help me at night     Robert Wing

The app is fine but I m very disappointed with your current customer service and website I m looking to purchase 2 new phones and add 2 more lines to my current plan and while your website has numerous phones listed as free s soon as you click them they are anything but free They are not even affordable The ones that are affordable are out of stock Solutions         Kris Erickson

Cricket has a very cost effective plan and with auto pay you receive a 5 credit when it s drawn from your account There customer service is not great but whose is now There service is supposed to run off ATT since they own Cricket but my service is very weak I have a good Android and that s not the problem but when you contact them about your poor service you get the same sing and dance They pretend to update but it never helps You decide APP is good though             C B

Been on Cricket for a very long time Loved the bridge in the early days Service as good as any other carrier with good area coverage Before I retired a few years ago we d be on business travel up and down the east coast My friend who has Metro would lose connection hitting dead zones and drop calls all the time but my Cricket service kept on rolling                     Steve Reidell

I tried to set up a cricket account but gave me a temporary password for some reason Then when I tried to create a password it would hsve an issue of username and password dont match even though I have not made one yet Now I have to call to reset the password and change my security question that I have not even setup with a bug in this app Would never use     Eloy Flores

The myCricket app is simple and easy to use I was worried about keeping track of payments and data usage because I d never done it before and because I m not very tech savy But this app calmed all my fears It is designed in a very clear organized way and I can always find exactly what I m looking for in a timely manner                     Elizabeth McClintock

I love Cricket Best carrier ive ever been with They have great customer service and no hidden anything Best part is the 4 lines unlimited for 100 bucks Beat that with crickets coverage and excellent customer service Sprint EDIT I went into an AT T store toask a simple question about my phone since i have a galaxy active exclusively sold through them As soon as they heard I was a cricket customer everything changed for the worse and I was told cant help Cricket would never do that                     Chris Bennett

It doesn t let me do anything to my account I was excited to drop my other phone service after being with them for 5 years the lady at the cricket store told me what a great company it is Well I had some friends offer to put me on their multi line account All was good until these people decided to split up and not pay their portion I called two days before account shut down because of payment CSR told me I had to pay 165 plua late fee and I explained it and asked him to notice my number wasn t even on the account for 20 days I explained I didn t have a problem paying my share of the payment coming due and I d pay a fee to switch to a line of my own He said they couldn t do that Well after some choice words I hung up and have been without service since beginning of July The people who s multi line I was on just told me about a week ago that they got new individual lines And the other guy who was on the multi line also got a new line But I couldn t because I was the one who was trying to take care of business so I guess my number and phone got tagged as the main telephone in the multi line So I think cricket wireless is a wanna be phone company just as it s always been Pos     Creg Osborn

sometimes payment glitches and gets the date you are paying for wrong i usually have to back out and re enter the app for it to update the date unsure if its my phone or the app causing the issue overall its fine does what i need it to Edit glitch fixed works great From 4 to 5 stars                     Ericka Dammen

It s pretty efficient but I will give three stars because for over a month I have been trying to remove the insurance feature on my sons phone Continues to give me errors whether I say change today or on the next bill cycle day Almost like they refuse you to remove it online Finally today my bill cycle day it worked The feature should remove when you select it to drop off on the next bill cy le at least Other than that easy and convenient Probably my most fav app for bills etc             Jana Weaver

This app is awesome It allows me to get my password sent to me It also allows me to keep track of how many people I have referred I can also see how many GB of data I have left However you can t apply for a job on these phones But you can always apply for a job at the library on a different computer or at the company So I say that applying on your phone is just a luxury Cricket is still fifty million stars at least I would have given them that if I could have                     Caleb Hille

Horrible Confusing and very difficult to put one time or monthly add ons Unable to cancel a line through the app of course they make you call in so they can talk you out of it Used to love Cricket now they ve gotten too big and it shows Your call center in India or wherever makes it hard for an American to understand what s going on Time to move on I guess Sigh     Gary Solorzano

Despite paying for large amounts of data Cricket feels fine turning off my data at random times for no reason As to the response from Cricket that this shouldn t be happening I TOTALLY agree that s why I gave the rating I did I also have screenshots of my phone showing it happening so then cust service tells me that it didn t I just smile         Gregg Steinhauser

I just got my new phone from cricket but this app not open keep close my phone is motorola g7 supra I try uninstall clear cache and data use old version it can put my use name and password but not working I TRY UPDATE again same not work on my new phone but it work my old phone please fix     wei chen

Great coverage My old plan didnt get any cell svc where i live at the base of the mtn It was very frustrating to go 2 blocks away to use the phone Now with Cricket its wonderful i can make and get calls from anywhere on the property                 LissaAnnMarie M

The app no longer shows your hotspot s usage it just combines all of the data that you have consumed and displays that That is really a deal breaker You have to use a browser to manage your account because of this problem     A Google user

updated review it s an account app and it does what you d expect it to do reasonably well the main reason it doesn t have more stars is down to how long it took to get an update that actually works my Moto g7 Supra had a crashing issue for quite a while that all said it has a nice layout with everything you typically want to see right on the main screen The app lets you pay your bill check your balance or even add a line You also have seval security options for the app as well             Russell Senenfelder

Newest version works much better But now it is mostly just advertising for their products I used to be able to see usage on all lines on one page Now I have to click on them one at a time Also the app is painfully slow when switching And I still can t believe that the only channel that they offer for support is through social media NOT EVERYBODY USES SOCIAL MEDIA     Dale Riley

This is practically malware installed it for the ease of making a payment that s it This thing automatically turns itself on any chance it gets and tries to manage your phone in the background What it actually does is drain your battery by a LOT DO NOT INSTALL Use the website amd avoid this app at all costs edit look at this response this has nothing at all to do with my issue I already uninstalled this garbage anyways     Jeremy Murphy

This app used to be excellent but in the last few months you cannot even accomplished the simplest tasks on it without errors and either having to go on the website to do the exact same thing you should have been able to do in this app or you need to endure the run around and try to contact an actual human being a customer service Spent a lot of extra time and energy trying to accomplish some very simple things such as changing payment method updating a plan etc Highly disappointing         Sheri P

The only thing I which was better is if I could take a picture of my credit card and have it save instead of manually entering the numbers every month I d love it if auto pay could be set up individually for all persons on the account As it is if I select auto pay it makes me pay the entire monthly fee I have 3 others on my account who each pay separately                 Erika McCoy

I ve been extremely happy with Cricket over the last 3 months having switched from Verizon and have saved 20 a month I haven t noticed any degradation in coverage I am on autopay and it has gone smoothly I highly recommend Cricket                     Ed Parthemore

App is easy to use but I don t like that I can t make changes to any of my other lines We have 4 lines and I wanted to add insurance on one of them and I can t do it on the app I also want to delete the 4th line because it never gets used and that also something I can t do on the app As for the easy part I forgot I created am account probably 3 yrs ago and it was easy to get my username and temporary password Also easy to create a new password to get back into my account                 Pamela James

Never allows me to log in It always tells me there was a problem trying to connect to our server Same goes with the website In the end I always end up having to pay the extra fee using the phones automated system I ve almost been a year with cricket and have had nothing but terrible experiences I ll be moving back with Sprint very soon     Jonathan Lara

The app Good The service Better I came to Cricket because StraightTalk would always give me more problems After the switch boom my phone works perfectly One drawback no hotspot support for my phone I didn t have it before and really wanted it After 18 days with them they switched to a new set of plans and included hotspot with my plan and for the same price and included my phone model Huzzah Cricket Damn you ve done me well                     Osprek Gamer

This isn t so much a problem with the app as the company You cannot get an account statement or summary AT ALL There is no where on the app the website chat support or even a store where they can supply you with an account summary It would be great if you could download a statement on the app             Shanna McCue
