1 No message stating why deposits fail 2 Failed deposit stays in pending many hours before marked failure should let user know much sooner 3 Successful deposits should be processed sooner 4 No option to access credit card from this app as there is online via web SUMMARY Only reason to use app for me is to make deposits works ok sometimes but always frustratingly SLOW If closest branch was not an hour from home I d just drive there instead of wasting time with this app         Tom Tracey
