Ok I m submitting a 2nd rev review I had originally used this app earlier this year and found it amazing Then the QR code connection stopped working and I couldn t connect any other way to my PC So today I again tried installing and running it AND WOW it s working again I love it again Very easy and fast way to back up your phone                     A Google user

The description is misleading It s advertised as a totally free app but the PC counterpart is far from free practically turning this into a paid app Another huge frustration is that the app never informs the user about the need to install the PC counterpart You have to say clearly that we need to install a specific software on PC I was mislead into thinking that it works like AirDroid     Sohail Mansorry

I don t understand the other reviews Both the laptop and the phone apps were completely free and I have not seen a single ad yet Works very well and I m now confident that my information is backed up I have not used the recover option yet but I don t see it being any trouble                     Kelly Havlik

Free app that isn t free nor is it truthful about no other requirements other than WiFi Doesn t work and appears you need Nero PC for backup software to connect via WiFi     A Google user

Within the app there is no way to select USB instead of wifi But even with wifi no scan code comes up on my pc screen and inside the app there are no instructions whether to go to a url or something for a scan code     A Google user
