I have been using this app for a year now and have liked it Now their terms of use have changed I agree to them and app says saving but it is stuck there If I back out then log in fails If I leave it I dont know how long it would tie up my phone I left it attempting for 5 min this morning I have tried 3 separate days to log in         Kim Gleghorn

Find a Dentist search function is useless I need a search function that gives me the dentist names and appropriate information Then I can look for them on the map Instead you get a map of red indicators mashed together You have to click each one to find the dentist name and see whether they accept new patients etc Please fix this     Julie Drake

tells you to enter a birthdate then makes you scroll backwards by month from the current date I had to go month by month for 29 years Got to the password setup page all criteria for passwords were checked green hit continue and told me to fix errors on page without telling me where the errors were deleting this app     Chris Morgan
