It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.2.4 has been released on 2014-02-14. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. it s a bit clunky but has all the pieces the picture function is good but slow the sync function has been hit u0026 miss I use it because I got it free for a year with my home inspection training AHIT I ll use it until it expires but unless it gets better I ll be exploring other options when I get the time             Wade Svetgoff, CEM

Clients can t open up pictures to view them in a bigger perspective to see the details so I have to email them all in JPEG files on Gmail inconvenience When adding comments during editing and I push done it erases my whole comment alot and I have to retype the whole thing all over again Major inconvenience Makes editing your report twice as long having to retype everything all the time Have to buy cloud service to work on my laptop PC or any other devices so choose your device wisely         Lance Meronek

Inspectit is a decent reporting software system I have been using the app for about 4 years now I really like the interface it is easy to use and doesn t take a lot of time I had to heavily modify the report to suit my needs and the stock saved comments are worthless It took me about 40 hours to edit modify the report delete their saved comments most of the comments were in all caps had poor grammar didn t describe the deficiencies properly etc and add my own                 Dan Urquhart

this app would have 5 stars if you were able to transfer all you information across devices Also when you have to install on a new device you have to set up all the features and settings as they do not save Overall its really good but when you pay 600 for software it should not be this big of a pain to set up again             John Rost

Update 2019 07 18 I am using version 2 3 1 and the issue with the photo staying small still exists For this i am removing a star Updated 03 21 2018 I m now using version 2 2 5 and I still have the issue with the photo markup As for the cloud sync it now shows up in the app but I have been informed that it is a paid feature above what you pay for yearly support Initial Review Date 10 26 2017 I m currently using version 2 2 3 as Oct 2017 it is the most current version             eric dugal

It took some time to add modify comments as well as add or delete items within sections But once that was complete I found the app to work well Haven t had the photo editing issues previously mentioned I have no reason to change at this point Only thing I wish could be changed would be to have the area of concern be brought along when sending something to the summary page                     A Google user

I agree that it would be nice to be able to save captions narratives for photos but other than that this software is great It is fluent easy to learn and easy to formulate the way you want it I wish you could customize the cover page a little more too but other than little nit picks I am very happy with this app                     William Reily
