The CARESnet Mobile is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.0.2751 has been released on 2014-11-27. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. This app is very annoying for whatever reason it can only be used in landscape mode Don t know if that s just an android bug or a poor design but would appreciate if you can fix this please The app works fine otherwise but I can t look past this Update So they fixed the landscape only bug but not really Not I can t login at all The entire app is bugged now Please fix     Tim W

Try typing in your date of birth on smartphone You have to swipe backwards from 2018 to 1900s ridiculous Make it similar to picking dates on apps like Expedia ect ect I uninstalled it This app sucks time to update it make it more user freindly     Paul Meers

Since the Aug 8 update this app no longer runs on my phone I m with Rogers using a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running Android 9 Model SM N960W The app will open but I cannot sign in or click on the button to view claim info etc without the app immediately crashing I ve tried force stopping reinstalling and restarting my phone multiple times     Edward Bionic
