Fraud Alert If you fund your Moven account with PayPal it will be closed with no recourse Apparently funding your Moven account with PayPal is now a fraudulent activity I learned this the hard way Make sure you absolutely have a backup bank account because Moven WILL close your account for any reason they deem fit including funding it through PayPal     Betty Hughes

There are a lot of things to love about Moven For the most part it s smooth sailing with the card and the app I have direct deposit for my paychecks and it works like a charm The issue with this is that it s not really recognized as a legit bank account everywhere and the debit card is not recognized as a legit debit card You can t use it with Cash App for example because the card isn t support Can t send money with Google Pay because it s considered a prepaid card Other financial websites seem to think of it as a Prepaid Card as well and not a legit debit card That part of it sucks and honestly makes me seriously consider switching to another service like Simple that is more widely regarded as a real bank The issues don t come up often but when they do they re pretty big             A Google user

Customer service is a toss up I ve had moven for several years and i can count on 1 hand the amount of times they ve helped If you have to dispute a transcation expect it to take 3 4 weeks before you see your temporary credit other banks its a matter of hours days Im on 3 weeks or 11 business days still no credit I will be switching to another bank maybe simple Done with them Expect me to review them on every platform so everyone knows     Josh Rogers

Used to love this app but i was getting alerts that mu card was being used so I contacted customer service They closed mu account due to fraudulent activity and refused to reopen it Being a loyal customer for 3 plus years i am extremely pissed off about this How can u vlose someones account without an explanation I was comitting no fraud someone had used my card number somehow I am very disappointed in Moven What a crock of bs     Danielle T

Love Moven Have since the beginning Easy to use and track money coming in and going out Today was the first time I have had an issue The App is telling me I have an account balance of zero and when I call it tells me the correct balance Not sure if it is just a glitch My wife is experiencing the same issue Still Moven has made me an online bank person from now on                 Bernard Meinke

Over all I like Moven and the Moven app Main problem is they offer no official built in mobile checking deposit or bill pay You have to use InGo Money for check deposit and Prism for bill pay If they ever give us built in mobile check deposit and bill pay then it d be worth 5 Stars             IggiePuff

THEY STOLE MY MONEY I been using moven for 2 yrs and so far its been great But this following week i started to use the moven stash to keep money to the side for new years Unfortunately everything on the app work expect for the moven stash section I cant touch my money I have to email them to even transfer my money back into my account and still i dont know how long that going to take I can use the app but not moven stash Its funny how it was working fine before i put money it Now im stuck on new years with no money because i have to wait i dropping them Dont do it only thing that is good is no fees other then that not good customer service and cant talk to anyone                 Mae Marrow
