Generally good but noticed that some pictures are cropped from the top or bottom Landscape pics are prone to cropping sent a pic of myself and cat 3 4 of the cats face was cropped Other pics my legs have been partially cropped it is as if during the process the pictures are enlarged and cannot fit into standard pic size The pic sent is the pic that I want printed not a cropped version Disappointed in that otherwise no issues             Bevoli

Free prints is always a bonus However I wish you could upload WhatsApp photos and it kept photos in the correct order to what they are on your phone If you go and print another set of photos the next month your photos are all jumbled up and it s difficult when trying to pick photos to print What uploads isn t in chronological order                 Laura Ellis

This is a great service Photos are of great quality Only one reason why not 5 star rate The photos are printed a bit zoomed in Dont know how else to describe it but if there s anything important on the edges of your uploaded pics it will be lost on the prints                 Haley Whitby

It s great easy to pick your photos from all your separate places that they are stored Easy to pick your free 40 prints and only a few pounds to have them delivered It might say that that the occasional photo isn t good enough quality isn t good enough to be printed I always get them printed anyway and they have always turned out OK It s nice to have photos as I have lost photos before due to not backing things up                     Elizabeth Morris

Fantastic easy to use app my prints came quickly and the quality is good The reason one star was lost is due to 3 of my photographs having large red flaws across them one is unusable and a couple of the photographs were bent Having paid for the presentation box as extra I was hoping they would all be flat                 K J

I ve tried a few photo apps I ve only gone back to free prints and deleted lalalab For the price I found free prints to be the best I m terms of price and quality Lalalab has the best quality bit they charge a lot I wouldn t say free prints give you any free prints because of the delivery charge Doubt it costs that much for 45 so it s misleading but it s still better than anyone else Easy to use too Most times the app doesn t connect to my Google though                     Maeva D

Very pleased Navigating the various folders and apps where I store images has been quick easy and the product very satisfactory The feature where when you drop back to the folder after viewing the image let s you quickly scroll thru to where you were previously browsing much appreciated when you are sifting thru 100s of images The only issue is if the image size is non standard the image is automatically positioned which may crop off the top bottom You can manually adjust easily                     Jen Thompson

Been using FreePrints for over a year now and I love it It s great to have physical photographs to send to my grandparents Some pictures don t fill the full size of the print that arrives which depending on what that particular photo is needed for mostly isn t an issue For the most part this app is awesome                 Girl Gamers
