Haven t experienced the login problems that others have complained about of late Also on a recent trip that included flights on 3 airlines with a few stops along the way I experienced zero issues when it came to notifications alerts flight updates etc The one thing that always perplexes me it happens on the website as well may be its the French way of doing things but you search for a round trip fare rather than it showing the full fare it prices outbound separate from return             Omar S.

App does not allow me to reschedule the dates ie to postpone or to bring forward the date of journey Also it takes a long time to update information on flight delays If a flight is delayed or cancelled by Airfrance and they have booked you through another airline no further information will be made available to you from the changed new airline for several hours You are then at the complete mercy of the counter staff of the other airline It is a very traumatic experience             JAYANTA KUMAR CHATTERJEE

kind of welll designed but there is a clear lack of importance given to the app for the check in function My flight is in less than 30 hours and I keep receiving an error message telling me to check in at the airport rather than using the app The only reason I use the flight companies application is for the check in function If this one doesn t work as it should then it s kinda pointless for me to use the app         Joffrey Jouan

So far the app is great My only question is what happened to the widget you could put on one of your phone screens I had it set then an update came out and it is gone No mention of it going away or if it is coming back Please bring the widget back it is very helpful and convenient I am using a Samsung Note 9 I am sure others would like to have this feature again as well                 Ian Taylor

it s intuitive with a nice design but when it comes to loading one of the sections such as personal information it s very slow and it has a bug before I could see my previous trips but not my trips in numbers I like this section it s very nice and now I can see my trips in numbers but not my previous trips             Olvert Leonides

UPDATE For everyone having this issue I had to uninstall then reinstall and use my Flying Blue number for login Once I did that it s correctly updated BEFORE App can no longer update since the last update for bug fixes Useless app now as it shows old flights as still upcoming and doesn t reflect a correct XP balance     Brooke D
