Worst chat experience Their support is probably the worst one I came across My number was already logged in their system and when I tried explaining them that the other ID is not me Even shared the screenshot with them but when it took me 2 minutes to respond they disconnected while they take atleast 5 minutes to respond     Raghav Kharbanda

Strongly discourage restaurant booking through this app Restaurants booked through Dineout says their Service Charges as mandatory ones just because Dineout app instructions says service charges as applicable But as per the Govt norms Service charges are upto the Customers discretion but not mandatory ones There is clearly a loophole here Both app and restaurants do not understand the service charges Uninstalling this s t     Sethu KR

Beware of incorrect payments and no support If you raise any issue only way is chat where also they do not respond properly Do not do anything and no response and no action App also has bug to show to wrong outlet when it should know where transaction is happening Was in Malad outlet and used dineout voucher but for payment they made Vashi outlet as top option When contacted to reverse the payment they do not provide any support and no response Beware before using this app     Ashish Goel

worst customer service experience till now I have raised the issue in past week but till now the support team haven t given any concrete update to my complaint just random mail to wait and wait I have made the wrong payment and have given them all the necessary bills The support team created a ticket 295166 and nothing more than that has been done till now Initially they used to give reply but now they are not even replying to my mails So choose cautiously before making any payment     Rahul Yadav

worst app many places they don t accept table booking from dineout The app only shows booking confirmed but when you actually reach the venue the restaurant won t let you in because the booking is not confirmed It s better to book table from other app rather than using dineout     PREM SINGH
