When we Choose Option Scan u0026 Pay then we scan the QR Code of Merchant then after scanning code the app says that there is Technical Error u0026 Please try after some time Many times i tried to do that but every time app is irresponsive Please fix the Issue Sometimes after Scanning the Code the app does not allow to pay with Credit Card It shows Only Bank A c Payment Option Also fix these type of Error s         Krishna Mantri

Turn on the screenshot option again it was easier for me to send people confirmation of transaction Edit How about you add a pop up beside download to gallery on transaction so people know it s there I use this app daily found that about a week ago had the SS issue since the update 90 of your customers don t even know you still can get a copy of transaction                 D.R.I.

Not satisfied with this app as i am unable to reset my mpin through this app I am using single sim and in the same handset though i am getting an error stating IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE NOT USING THE MOBILE NUMBER YOU ARE REGISTERED WITH US I am fed up using this now Now i would like close my account from Kotak 811     Pinky Sharma

Rubbish Optimisation with finger print While using the bhim upi the phone get trapped in the finger print capture screen and you cannot do anything in the phone now at all That screen stays there for infinity Can you do the fix here Devs Lame optimization so far Using latest device Redmi K20 pro     Harnam SINGH Saggu

app doesnt work properly at all even after giving MPIN it wil keep on asking me the same info again and again and after multiple restarts of app i can see my balance and other information however i am still unable to request for Physical Debit Card through app under KOTAK811 section it never gives me an option to hit GET ONE now and i have had a discussion with you customer care they only know that i have to hit the option GET NOW but it s not visible on the app could some one look into asap     sureejaaan

The app is good with great features but one problem I have been facing quite often Quite often nowadays the app is unable to connect and shows a message saying its unable to reach the server and it happens mostly during the working hours and that is irritating             roopanshu tiwari

Pathetic App Can t do mobile recharge also if i cal customer number I can never talk to a real person There is no option You guys don have a tol free number everytime i have to recharge to call you Also i am trying to change email address for which statement will b sent also mailed to your support email and did not get any response Could you please let me know how to talk to a real agent when i c customer care number and not keya     Gowthami Kamath.S.G

Firstly Im facing lot of issues like 1 Ui is not good 2 Not change my home Branch via app 3 They provide Net banking option but not use via app 4 Not order image debit card via app they shows me error 5 Im going to my nearest branch for complete my full kyc but its not possible for some technical issues u0026 now it willbe close my account after a year moreover i also bought physical debit card now what the solution     Thepssaini Live

Since last 3 years I am using the said for my transaction my transactions is sufficient to avail loan or credit card but the said bank not given any facilities to customers ie loan credit card etc this very poor service and collecting very much huge charges on transactions in account other bank on same transactions given credit card loan etc to customers after my three years experience my opinion is not open any account in kotak bank only waste of time and amount also     Mdaatifpatel369@gmail.com 823686786

Poor app no view of mpassbook like sbi app need to upgrade with mpassbook which should show your decor credit transactions with balance u0026 your personal editable notes of your transactions for clear understanding of our transaction i think app developer will take it seriously to upgrade with this version then this would be the best app     Sandeep Maitrey

Hello Sir I m Rajan Virdi I recently opened a new account in your bank ans got message yesterday and I downloaded the mobile banking app I m experiencing a problem related to app Whenever I try to set an mpin it says loading and next page is not generated I ve tried multiple times but all my efforts were futile I ve even used the phone banking pin but that doesn t work either Do please help me so that I can login to my account Now I m able to login to my account Everything is working fine                     Rajan Virdi

Very poor I tried my best to open 811 account but failed despite repeated attempts very poor impression of the bank So much ad but practically account could not be opened Email address on which I receive mail from kotak bank is described as invalid Very strange portal of the bank     Pawan Kumar

I m facing a black screen issue on login page my half screen got black and only restarting the phone solve it It is so disappointing and disgusting plz fix this bug because it happens each and every time when I login I reinstall the app but problem not solved     white Walker

RUBBISH Worst built up Im trying for 2 days straight to get acess of 811 And it wont let me in I used finger print to acess it but it doesn t enter so i entered mpin then too it doesn t let me in N I am not getting any info about physical debit card n ur virtual debit card is not working     pratik kadam

This app doesn t show the lien amount and generally the bank doesn t specifically state what the liens are for I believe soon traditional banks would be extinct when more and more fintech startups make it more transparent I used to like this app like 6 years ago There is not much change or improvement We are living in the Material Design age and this still has a weird custom UI with cluttered buttons and stuff Horrible I use google pay and paytm connected to kotak upi to operate accounts     Robert N

My QR code scanner is not working its totally a black screen with scan here option in the corner of that screen It was a embracing moment when i couldn t scan in a shop infront of many people to pay my bill Fix the problem Sorry for this 1 star please fix this bug Frankly speaking I really love this app but if i give 5 start this problem won t solve so fix it n get the 5 star I m waiting to edit my comment n give you 5 star     prem manjunath
